We are a global manufacturer of both active and passive electronic components. We are seeking a suitably technically qualified and experienced Sales Manager with representation required in OEM accounts, local distributor offices and POS customers.
The Sales Manager has the responsibility for direct (OEM) and indirect (POS) accounts as well as to support the distributor sales organisations in his territory. The role requires regular contact and customer visits to develop customer relationships to understand the technical, logistics and if necessary alternative solutions if required by the customer. The job requires promotion of all products and product innovations. Organisation and management of common visits with product marketing and FAE specialists at the customer to guarantee high quality technical discussion will be required to enhance business development strategies. Good administrative practise covering visit reports, action items, feedback and follow up on a regular ongoing basis are essential.
